Recipe Of CHICKEN BRIYANI


Ingredients

  2 cups basmati rice

  500g hen, reduce into portions

  1 cup undeniable yogurt

  2 large onions, thinly sliced

 ★ three tomatoes, chopped

  1/four cup cooking oil or ghee

  four cups water

  1/2 cup clean coriander leaves, chopped

  half cup clean mint leaves, chopped

  four green chilies, slit

 ★ 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  Whole spices (2 bay leaves, four green cardamom pods, 4 cloves, 2 -  inch cinnamon stick)

 Biryani masala powder (or a mix of floor coriander, cumin, garam masala, and crimson chili powder)

Salt to flavor


Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  In a bowl, mix hen portions with yogurt, biryani masala powder, half of the sliced         onions, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Allow it to marinate for at the least 30 minutes.


2. Precook the Rice:

 ☆ Rinse basmati rice till the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for half-hour.

 ☆ In a big pot, carry water to a boil. Add soaked and drained rice, a pinch of salt, and cook dinner until the rice is 70-80% cooked. Drain the water.


3. Sauté Onions:

 ☆ In a deep pan, warmness oil or ghee. Fry the closing sliced onions until golden brown. Remove half of for garnishing.


4. Cooking the Chicken:
