Ingredients
★ 2 cups basmati rice
★ 500g hen, reduce into portions
★ 1 cup undeniable yogurt
★ 2 large onions, thinly sliced
★ three tomatoes, chopped
★ 1/four cup cooking oil or ghee
★ four cups water
★ 1/2 cup clean coriander leaves, chopped
★ half cup clean mint leaves, chopped
★ four green chilies, slit
★ 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
★ Whole spices (2 bay leaves, four green cardamom pods, 4 cloves, 2 - inch cinnamon stick)
★ Biryani masala powder (or a mix of floor coriander, cumin, garam masala, and crimson chili powder)
★ Salt to flavor
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
☆ In a bowl, mix hen portions with yogurt, biryani masala powder, half of the sliced onions, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Allow it to marinate for at the least 30 minutes.
2. Precook the Rice:
☆ Rinse basmati rice till the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for half-hour.
