2) For the Pav

 8 pav (bread rolls)

 4 tablespoons butter for toasting


Instructions

1) For the Bhaji

1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    Boil potatoes until tender, peel, and mash them.

    Steam or boil cauliflower, carrots, and green peas until they are soft. Mash the vegetables coarsely.


2. Cook the Bhaji:

    In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter.
